When the order arrives, please inspect it while a courier is close. In case there is any transit-related damage to the box/-es please notify the courier and check the box content immediately. If you found a damage to the content as well, please take some quick photos of the box showing the label and damaged box as a proof and mark the shipment on delivery sheet as damaged. Please do not hesitate to notify us sending the photos of the damaged box and damaged detail/-s. We will replace defective or missing parts as soon as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
